1Withdrawal and Registration Cancellation by the Trainee
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the course start date, stating the reasons for withdrawal.
- Once the request is approved, the amount paid is refunded, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of SAR 500 in either of the following cases:
- If payment was made in installments (via Tabby, Tamara or direct installments from the institute).
- If the trainee has accessed the course platform containing the course’s academic content, regardless of the payment method.
Withdrawal is not accepted and no amount is refunded in the following cases:
- Any course that the institute has already started.
- Withdrawal requests submitted less than 24 hours before the course start date.
- Recorded courses whose fees are stated at registration to be non-refundable.
- Partial attendance or non-attendance.
2Cancellation by the Institute
The institute may cancel a program in the following cases:
- The minimum number of trainees is not reached.
- Emergency circumstances beyond our control.
- An administrative or technical issue that prevents delivering the program at an appropriate quality.
In these cases, the trainee may choose between:
- A full refund within 7 to 14 business days.
- Transferring the amount to an alternative course, paying any difference.
3Installment Payment via Tabby and Tamara
- Installments via Tabby or Tamara are an agreement between the trainee and the installment company; installment dates and any late fees are subject to the company’s terms.
- Once a refund request is approved, the refund is processed directly through Tabby or Tamara: remaining installments are cancelled or reduced by the refunded amount, and what the trainee has paid is returned to the original payment method according to the installment company’s procedures.
- The administrative fee (SAR 500) is deducted from the refunded amount, since payment was made in installments.
4Direct Installment Plans from the Institute
- Direct installments are available for some programs according to an announced plan.
- The full amount must be paid within the specified period, with strict adherence to payment dates.
- A delay of more than 7 days results in the account being temporarily frozen, and content cannot be accessed until payment is made.
- Continued delay results in cancellation of the subscription without a refund.
- Unpaid installments are legally due, and the institute reserves the right to claim them through legal channels.
5Refund Request Procedure
- Requests are submitted via the official email info@maalemsport.com, including: name, course name, order number and reason for withdrawal.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days of the request being approved.
- Payment gateway fees are non-refundable for card payments.
- The institute is not responsible for any delay by the bank or the installment company.
6Postponement Policy
- Before the program starts: Postponement may be requested only once, for a maximum of 4 months.
- After the program starts: Postponement may be requested once before half of the program duration has passed; postponement is not permitted after 70% of the program has been completed.
- For medical reasons, an official medical report is required.
- If the postponement exceeds 4 months, the registration is considered cancelled without a refund.
- If there is a price difference after postponement, 50% of the difference must be paid.
7Trainee Absence
- Absence without official notice is considered voluntary withdrawal and does not entitle the trainee to compensation or a refund.
- Payments cannot be suspended during the program, and absence or withdrawal does not exempt the trainee from payments due.
